I retain the right to decline any commission I don't feel comfortable doing.
Particularly complex designs may receive an additional (small) charge.
Prices are per character. Additional characters are +50% of the original price.
Without payment, the commission will not go further than the sketch stage.
I tend to get commissions done around a week after the payment,
this may be longer if my queue is full, but you will be informed of this before you are asked to pay!
I only take refunds if I have not started yet.
